If you accidentally changed the radio's Menu to Chinese, there is no obvious solution as you can no longer read the menu.
 
Here is the resolution...

Press the following buttons:    (^ = Up arrow)
Start with Procedure 1.
If the "English" option does not appear, Stop, and try procedure 2.
