The TGIF network has added password security
 
To protect your DMR ID from being cloned or hijacked, a password can be assigned within your pi-star hotspot.
 
 
Where to acquire your Password
 
The procedure is simple.
- Log into your TGIF user account.
- Click onto your account profile link (Callsign) at the upper right of the page.
- Now select User Security.
   
This 15 character password can now be entered into your pi-star hotspot.
 
 
Where does it get entered?
 
Log into your pi-star hotspot.
From the Configuration Page, select Expert from the top menu bar.
   
Now select  MMDVMHost.
 

Scroll about halfway down the page to DMR Network and enter your TGIF ID password.
Don't forget to  Apply Changes.
 
 
That's it
 
Your DMR user ID is now secure from cloning.
 
This will now also allow users to view basic information such as your Name, Call Sign, and Location as well as a link to your QRZ.com profile.
