BTech DMR-6X2
Anytone  D868 / D878 UV

Cable & Driver Information

The  aboveradios both use a 2 pin programming cable. Although its appearance is that of a K1 Kenwood style programming cable where the UART chip is in the USB connector, it is Not compatible.

Where many K1 cables have the USB UART chip in the USB connector, the Anytone has the chip inside the radio.  The cable itself is straight through and no special drivers are required.  Using a K1 cable from a Kenwood, Wouxun, Baofeng, etc will fail.

Some radios ship with the programming cable. Check the product listing before purchasing.

Note: Although they are two completely different radios, the cable from a TYT MD380 is compatible and will work.
