Manual Programming
Enter the VFO Mode
- Press  [VM/SCAN]  to enter VFO (frequency mode)

 Enter  'SHIFT'
 
- Press [MENU] , then (channel knob) to Menu 21 (SHIFT)
- Press   then (channel knob) to select   +   -   0
- Press   to save.
- Press [MENU] or any key to exit.

Enter  'OFFSET'
- Press [MENU] , then (channel knob) to Menu 22 (OFFSET)
- Press   then enter the offset
- Press   to save.
- Press [MENU] or any key to exit.

Enter  'TCODE'  (CTCSS / DCS)

- Press [MENU] , then (channel knob) to Menu 12 (TCODE)
- Press   then [MENU] to select  CTCSS / DCS / OFF
- Press (channel knob) to select desired code.
- Press   to save.
- Press [MENU] or any key to exit.

Enter  Frequency
 
- Using the keypad, enter he desired frequency.
- Press & Hold the  [VM/SCAN]  button to display channels 01-99
- Press (channel knob) to select the desired channel.
  
NOTE: If channel number is blinking, that channel has been previously programmed and will be overridden.
  
- Press   to save.

Enter the MR Mode
- Press  [VM/SCAN]  to enter MR (channel mode).
